cancelled order refund

I got cancelled on my order for my bill pay phone plan and paid €145 for the upfront and was hoping to get the refund a lot quicker  because i really need it if im not getting the phone

Any upfront payment you’ve made should be refunded after about 14 days but recent posts suggest it’s taking a bit longer so you’d need to contact Sky (Ireland in your case) to chase it up.
