can't upgrade

I'm trying to upgrade my phone as the app says I can upgrade today. but for some reason you won't let me complete my order!

As we are customers here who help each other it isn't us stopping this from working but as you can't do it online then you will have to call Sky on the free 150 number so that they can do this for you.
