can’t activate sim

i can't active my new sim. i want to keep my old phone number but it wants my pac code from my old provider but sky was my old provider and i can't find it and the text message says it doesn't recognise the request. what do i do ?

You can't use a pac code to move a number between two Sky sims so you have a few options:

You could either use the sim you have or if you want to transfer the number you have to the new sim then you would need to use a Pac code to transfer your current sim number to a PAYG network and then use another pac code you get from them to transfer it back to your new Sky sim.

I'm not able to activate my sim as it's asking me for PAC number and I don’t have this.  Please can you help

A pac is used to move a mobile number between two different networks so make sure you select the activate sim option and nothing else.
