broken sim card

Phone broke caught fire, how do i get new sim card please?  There are similar posts but cant see replies??

I ordered a new Sim card two weeks ago as I need to change my number from my abusive ex-husband. I have not received that Sim now my phone has been cut off and cannot call out.

Try ordering it again and should you end up with two of them make sure you only activate one of them so the other one is cancelled.

I have broken my sim card transfering it to new phone,tried ordering new SIM but they won't do this unless I report lost or stolen,mine isn't lost or stolen it's broken???

You don't need a new sim you need a replacement so it has the same number as this broken one.

 

Not sure why they need you to report it as lost or stolen so perhaps try again to see if you have more luck.
