bills not paid even though paid

the money was taken out my account but it was only showing paid on one of the 2 phones i have i'm confused to what's happened

What do you mean by this, do you mean that the MySky app is only showing it has been paid on one of these devices it is installed on, if so what shows here:

i have a pro and pro max it only shows paid on the 14 pro,, but when i click on pro max apparently it wasn't paid but the whole amount went out the bank

Are both of these phones on the same account or separate ones ?

It could be just a glitch on your account that will update in time as the payment for both would be taken in one go at the same time so as long as this has happened you should not have any issues from this.
