apparently i have no sky product does that mean i dont have to pay for my sims or phone lol
i logged out of my account and had to change password to log back in had to give my dob and bank details now it saying i have no product no details anything yet it was my postcode my correct details so if i stop payment i no longer have a conract with you ?

Hi @donnaw1 worth a try but just because you can't login to your online account properly won't wipe away any debt. Give sky a call on 150 so they can look into why your account isn't displaying correctly.

Hello I didn't say I couldn't log in . When I log in it's says I don't have an account via my name my email address via my bank account details so that means I have no contract surely.

Good try but not being able to login to your account doesn't mean your services have been cancelled.

If you read my reply @donnaw1 i said login properly, as your account isn't displaying corrrctly then you aren't logged in properly to your account. Either way, if you have a contract you still owe the money. Please report back in 2 months time to update us with what happened when you stopped paying 😉
