Different phones?

I purchased two Samsung galaxy s24 phones but the volume buttons are different. Is one an older model?

Possibly, have you looked slim the Samsung website to see if they show different models ?

The S24 release comes in three different versions: S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra. 

 

Did you actually order two identical units?
