additional sime no way to activate

I already have a sim linked to my account and wanted to get another but cannot activate new one it just takes me to my other with no option to add or activate my new one.

Hi @emskisteady20 are you sure you ordered an additional sim and not a replacement one ? if it's not showing for you to activate then give sky a call on 150 so they can look at it for you.
