activating sim

Received my Sky sim and my PAC code from existing provider.  Tried activating following instructions but keep being told 'we're still activating your sim - we'll be in touch'  This has been going on since 5th June.  Any suggestions as to what is going on?  Is it Sky or my existing supplier?

A sim activation is a Sky issue so as it hasn't activated you will have to get on touch with them, perhaps via one of their social media sites as they might want to send you another sim to try.
