activate my mobile sim card

i was offered sky  mobile as part of a deal but there was a problem  and i was given a new number   until the problem was sorted  i was told to get in touch before the 18 of  Aug    .CAN YOU HELP

Hi @Herb2  no one here will be able to help as it's mainly customers helping customers. You will need to call sky on 150 for help.
