Can’t call sky and certain numbers since March. Also kept getting call dropped from favourite number

Can’t call sky and certain numbers since March. Also kept getting call dropped from favourite numbers . I have made numerous complaints regarding and the staff kept promising it has been escalated and will be resolved in 48 hours. Now I can't even call sky . It feels as if I'm the only one experiencing this as they always do not get what Im talking to them.

What happens when you call Sky by dialling 150 from your Sky mobile?

My scree blanks out. This is what happens to all the numbers I can't reach including SKY

A blank dark screen restricting me to make calls. That happens when I dial 150 or the other certain numbers .

You say 'certain numbers' so what type of numbers are these? Presumably you can make some outgoing calls?

Yes i can make all  landline calls except 0300, 150 calls

Certain landline calls drops immediately after they come in like a flash to my phone. They drop before I pick them up

I cannot call some UK mobile phone number

I think you need to contact Sky by an alternative method. They may send a replacement SIM card in case yours has developed a fault

I first switched to eSIM - Same issue

I requested and received a SIM replacement

I installed and activated - issue persist

I have spoke to varoius agent who were not able to provide any solution

I have requested to escalate or allow me to speak to their next level - no response

please could you suggest **bleep** else i can raise a ticket ?

Unless you're using an email address Sky have specifically provided to you then you are probably sending a mail into the ether.
