Zero data and rolling not working - help?
Hi there, my wife's sim has zero data left and I'm trying to roll data from the piggybank. And it fails.
The error message is "There's an issue with your account, call us to get it sorted". See screengrab below
I've called the contact centre as suggested on screen, but a message tells me this is a busy time and call is terminated (how nice).
My wife is travelling by car and needs the data for navigation, can we get this resolved?
