Changed phone after three years but Sky asking for my old phone back. But account says it’s paid off
Hi,
I've had an iPhone 13 Pro with Sky for 36 months and account says it's paid off so ordered a new IPhone 16 pro and was going to sell my old one. Just had email to
say I need to return my iPhone 13 to sky. Really confused?

Sounds like a 'swap' was initiated - if the balance is clear on the old phone then it doesn't really matter but call Sky on 150 to clear it up.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
