Your services are currently being restricted

Currently go onto my sky and I'm due an upgrade so go to look at latest phone deals but then get "Your services are currently being restricted". I click on reinstate services but nothing happens and just takes me to my account summary. All my payments are up to date and nothing outstanding. Any help much appreciated

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.
