Your Mobile Phone web site sucks!
it seems its impossible to access ones Mobile account details on the web, whilst you are happy to overload us with new iphone Deals, that we can buy, we cannot access our EXISTING mobile accounts and or see all the accounts details.
Not Good Enough in 2025, why make your site so ambiguous no one can identify how to access it.
Is this a deliberate policy? are you overloaded with calls because your phones do not work, or is it that some people like myself actualy want to up grade one of our phones and you guys are just TOO BUSY to Help.

I apologise for my emotional comment, I did believe I was addressing SKY. The fact remains I seem unable to find the web page that has the 3 phones from Sky, one of which I want to update. I can find everything about my Broadband, Telephone, TV package and billing. Although I click on the "mobile" tab, I just get pages of new phones
so is there another seperate web pages for mobile phones?
