You’ve taken money

You have taken janurary statement my account is in minus I have already paid the bill on the 28th I would like it removed as you have over charged my bank

Sounds like you've made a manual payment with an automated one pending (it was requested prior to bank holidays and couldn't be stopped).

 

You can leave it as a credit against your next bill or call Sky.  It will take 3-5 working days to process a refund.
