You've added another device to my phone bill making my phone bill a lot more expensive then it should be

You aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.
If you've not ordered this device you may have been the victim of a scam.
You need to call Sky asap and report this. Scammers may have managed to acquire sufficient details from you (usually during a scam call or email) to order expensive devices.
The scammers will likely recontact you (again claiming to be Sky) saying they've made a mistake and to send it to a (non Sky) address. They then have the device and you have the bill.
With any unexpected calls from 'Sky' if the caller asks for your telephone password to confirm you're the account holder (which a genuine Sky agent should in my opinion) initially give an INCORRECT one on purpose. If the caller doesn't challenge it then you know it'll be a scam call.
