I have ordered an iPhone 16 pro max with sim 5 days ago and next day I was provided with tracking number and promised next day delivery. However when I track my order it says that it is already delivered 8 April 2024 when I have placed an order in 2025. I have tried contacting their customer support team through online chat and phone call and trust me I have never seen such a disaster customer service. They kept sending me wrong tracking number which I was provided already even tho I was keep telling them that this is wrong tracking number. Apparently first 2 times they said to me there is nothing they can do about it and then they said it's gonna be solved in 24 hours which has been 3 days now. I have no idea who to contact now because their superstar customer service doesn't like to solve anyone's problem. And I will get my product because it's never been dispatched with right delivery number.

It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
