I ordered a wrong model IPhone so I returned it immediately. Called customer service twice for help and did what they asked.
Today received a message about my payment pending, I don't know how to cancel that or should I call again?
sim and phone is returned and received by Sky.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt might be that this payment was created a few days after you received this wrong iphone so if so you will need to pay it before it should be credited back to you on a future bill now that you have returned the phone.
