I have 4 sky mobile contacts for my children. I isn't linked to My Sky ID as it was ordered separately and then told they couldn't be linked together. I need to upgrade the device and plan. The sim plan is out of contract but I think device has another year to go (but I can't check!). How can I speak to a human about this without waiting on hold forever?!

If calling there is no magic answer other than perhaps trying to call when the lines are quieter which is after 9pm or when they open at 7am.
You could also check the credit agreement you signed for that device as it should contain details about the contract length.
