Wrong ADress

Yesterday, I updated my address information with one of your colleagues. However, I noticed today that the phone has been sent to my old address. When I contacted DPD regarding this, they informed me that they are unable to change the delivery address and that only Sky Protect can make such changes.

Could you please assist in resolving this issue and ensure the phone is redirected to my new address? I’d greatly appreciate your help in sorting this out as soon as possible.

Hi @MadKD  you aren't talking to sky CS here. You will need to call them to get help with this, can't be done here.
