I have a mobile phone contract that's just Sim only and I have an iPad. I would like to just have one contract with a phone keeping my iPad but upgrading it to an iPhone. Combining that with my phone contract that is now Sim only

As long as you are still paying for your iPad you should be able to upgrade (and keep it) to an iphone via your online account or by calling Sky that has a Sky sim in on the 150 number.

If you want to keep a device then you simply purchase a new one... (you can do this without a new SIM)
