I recently upgraded my phone and the phone was dispatched by dpd, but it never came, so I called up and got another contract which i did receive. It is showing that I have two separate contracts for the new phone that I did not receive and second contract for the phone that did come. Surely the contract will not stand for the phone that never came as when sky trys to track it , it comes up as not being delivered , just abit worried as someone said I still might need to pay for the phone that never came

Find out more@John2912 If i where you i'd be calling Sky again and asking them to contact DPD to find out whats going on, being told to wait till it turns up and then send it back is going to leave you paying for a device you haven't recieved(and may never recieve to be able to return it).
You may also consider putting in a fromal complaint over the failed delivery, just so its formally on record that you haven't recieved it.
It may also be worth contacting DPD to ask what the issue was and why its still not been resolved.

Yes I did and i gave them all the information and the man that I spoke to" said when and if the phone came to send it back straight away" and they would investigate at there end . Even now when you try track the first phone it comes up saying the same thing that "your parcel has been delayed due something happening in the area". Surely I will not need to pay for that phone as well. I only wanted to upgrade where I sent my old device back so I don't know if I should be calling them back regarding this or if I'm worrying for nothing

However, you do now have 2 contracts. One is clearly in dispute - but you will be expected to pay for it until resolved.
You need to maintain a line of communication with Sky until resolved.
