I need to know if I have a contract with my mobile and if yes I need to know when it ends and I can upgrade

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe question you need to answer is do you have a mobile and/or a sim from Sky, if yes then you are in a contract. For the sim it is 12 months and for the phone it can be up to 36 months so this link explains how to locate your mobile contract:
