Mobile orders can take up to 24 hours to be processed, you can always check your message centre for any emails https://messages.sky.com/message-centre
When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from DPD which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
Note: some customers are now receiving a PIN code from DPD in an email and/or text on delivery day to pass to the courier, not sure if that is to replace the showing of ID.
