Can’t make calls or internet keep getting about a spend cap

For past 5 days can't make calls or use data 

keeps saying about a spend cap ( which is fine and have dat- minutes etc)

only can receive calls

No uk only just stopped working 5 days ago on 2 of my sims on acc

Are you able to call Sky on 150 so they can investigate this for you ?

I've called them and they seem to have no idea and are saying can take up to 7 days to here back drom

them but I need to be able to make calls incase of emergency

I'm exactly the same just fobbed off for days sayin my phone or sim. I have 5sims on account doing the same and friends with same issue. Finally put something through to network team yesterday but said up to 72hrs for it to be looked at

It's a joke isn't it paying for a service you can't even use and they don't know what's wrong with it

Mine is now working they fully reset the sims and it's back up and running. I had a WhatsApp conversation with the network team who sorted it

How did you contact them via what's app please

I had to get them to send a report through to the network team and they contacted me via WhatsApp. Get them to raise a case and give you a case reference
