Wifi calling issues
For months when im at home my phone is constantly on 'emergency calls only' which you think is where WiFi calling would kick in considering its switched on and im connected to my WiFi. But no! When ever i try to make a call im just told no signal, it used to work fine hut now doesn't work at all. I've tried everything, all the steps on Google, ive rang sky constantly to then in the end be told its my 2 year old phone so got a brand new phone and the exact same thing is happening! It's infuriating. I live in a small village so signal is generally poor which is why wifi calling has always been beneficial for me and much needed. I'm now being told its a mast issue, but this has been ongoing for months. My daughter is on sky and has no issues using wifi calling. If I move my sim card into my tablet it works absolutely fine and uses wifi calling!
