Wi-Fi keeps dropping out on other devises

Hi there,

 

Both me and my partner can't get WiFi working on both our phones and iPad. It keeps connecting and dropping out straight away. When is on for short period is super slow.

Do you mean WiFi or cellular?

 

(WiFi is a nearby service connecting to a router usually indoors, cellular is a long range service available outdoors [e.g. 4G])

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
