Planning on a mobile upgrade/swap as a christmas present, how long do I have to return the old phone

I am wanting to swap/upgrade my daughters phone as a chrismas present, if I order an upgrade now but won't be using the phone until Christmas day, how long do I have to return the old phone as part of the swap?

Once you have received the new phone (depending on how long that takes), you have 14 days to return the other one.

Realistically it's virtually impossible to do this to guarantee delivery in time for Christmas and meet the return window...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
