Why would I be paying for calls and text when my plan is unlimited? ?

I've just realised that I have being for calls and texts for the last 5 months despite being on an unlimited calls and texts. Why would this be?

Are they calls to numbers other then 01, 02,03 or 07 numbers? Are the texts actually mms picture messages which are charged at 95p each?

Look at your itemised bills - this will identify any out of plan charges.

Calls to 084x numbers for example are not inclusive.

They ARE basic calls. Calls to 01, 02, 03 and 07 UK mobile numbers are inclusive on Sky mobiles.

Looking at my app when I log on to sky, it clearly states unlimited calls and text. 

I've spoke to an operator online. He states there aren't any offers currently on this sim? 

Why would I pay £40 a month to have 100 gig of data, to not have unlimited calls and texts? It's not a special offer to get free calls and texts. I'm not on pay as you use. 

I mean, free calls and texts have been the norm for years and years. 

I'm confused. And nobody at sky will help

Yes, unlimited to inclusive numbers only.  Did you look at your bills and identify the charged numbers?

They are all local numbers or 07 numbers
