Why my monthly phone bills goes up

Just want to know why my 2 number phone bills goes up from £10 to £13 without any noticed? Why I need to paid 30% more for each phone number?

You should have received an email about the increases - £1.50 extra per SIM was quite usual.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
