Why is it so hard to get through to an agent?

I'm stuck with the ai bot for 6 hours now I've been going round and round trying to get through to an agent


what service is this? I'm trying to place an order but I need to chat to an agent

There is an ongoing TV issue that is probably making it harder than normal to connect to an agent.

 

As other customers here we can only suggest you persevere (or try tomorrow).

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
