But you can have a device only payment?

We are mainly customers here and you aren’t addressing Sky Customer Service, nor will they automatically contact you as a result of your post. We will need to have more details to possibly advise so

  • have you ever had Sky Mobile?
  • do you have any Sky services at all?
  • are you satisfied the charge is really from Sky?
