Why has my WiFi calling suddenly stopped working?

I have Apple phone purchased from sky have sky WiFi. Everything was working fine until earlier this week and now I can't make WiFi calls. 
Have togalled WiFi calls on and off. Pot into flight mode with WiFi on and rebooted router and phone but no joy

csn anyone help as I can't ring sky as no signal!!

Sky have acknowledged issues with WiFi calling at the moment.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
