Why does using the app to upgrade not work

I've tried to use the app to see if I can upgrade my phone.. it just spins and nothing loads.. I've tried for a few days and still nothing. I always use this way to upgrade and now it's being **bleep**

If the app isn't working, try the website as you can do it here (further down the page):

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-mobile-upgrade

 

If you don't want a new sim then make sure you select the "I do not need a new plan/sim" option.

 

If you are struggling with this then give Sky a call on the free 150 number to do it.

 

If sending a phone back to Sky then make sure you get and keep proof of delivery.

I don't think it still works. I have tried both iOS app and browser (website), and they don't let me go through the upgrade process! It's been glitchy for months and Sky is doing nothing about it! Appalling, tbh!

Your only option is then call on 150 to upgrade.
