Why does Sky charge roaming in EU?

Why do we have to pay £2 per day? Other companies don't. Is there anyway around it?

@DW311

No. This has been the fee since current roaming started.

Many other companies charge for EU roaming.  Many don't.

Some have decided to absorb the cost, others haven't.

You should always consider a provider that meets your needs.  If Sky's charging structure doesn't suit then consider another provider.
