The delivery timescales are not that accurate as you find and if you were down to the last 9 minutes, even if it said so, would always be a push. Check the order tracking in your account for the most up to date information.

Lol thank you for answering me. Obviously not a sky employee as they are a waste of breathe most of the time. I was trying to find a way of speaking to someone about it tbh. I get your point about it being abit close but don't say it if you can't do it. I'm at work weds & now won't actually recieve device till monday. Pointless calling as the folk we have to speak to don't understand English half the time and just keep saying sorry. Cheers for your time mate (removed).
