Why am I paying more?

I have a contact for 3 mobile. One new iPhone 16 still with same number from the old mobile but we are charged for 4 not 3?

So presumably you've returned a device as part of a swap. You'll continue to pay for that until it has been received/ processed / checked for damage and its value determined.

Hi @codzmartin  as we are fellow customers who can't see your bills we can only guess. Was one of your devices paid off ? What terms were your 3 phones on ? Swap 12 or swap 24 ? Did you agree to a swap ?  Did you upgrade without swapping ? What do your future bills show ?
