Why am I not eligible to upgrade?

I've tried to look at upgrading my device through My Swap, but it says "sorry you are not eligible for an upgrade".

I am still paying for this phone and I'm about two years in. Why is this? I'd have to take out a whole new contract and still pay my current one, which seems ridiculous.

Hi @KSMX  there could be an error on your account so give sky a call on 150 so they can look into this for you and help place your swap order.
