Hi i ordered a new iphone 2 days ago on the phone with sky customer service and was told i would be emailed the credit agreement within an hour but have yet to have been emailed it. Furthermore, i checked my messages on sky's website and haven't seen anything about a credit agreement and it says in my orders that my phone is "coming soon". Really confused if anyone could help would be appreciated!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreFrom what you have said @Samina75 it might be that the credit agreement hasn't been sent just yet as usually you could click the button on this page here as it should take you to it to sign it:

Thank you for the help i've already dealed with it on call with sky customer service and have signed the agremeent but i appreciate the assistance!
