I have just got a new mobile accoun with Sky and have had an e-mail with a link, to link my old/existing Sky id account to my new mobile so I can sign my contracts. Every time I follow the link and put in all of the correct info, it comes up with an error message saying that my details don't match

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I'm having same issue, so fed up with it. This is just amateurish, easier just going with another network

Yes that's fine, I have tried phoning and spoke to 2 different agents and got no where with them
