On Monday I placed an order for the new Oppo flex. As I was inputing my bank details for the direct debit the Sky system crashed and I was presented with an error message which stated Sky was at fault. Having heard nothing I contacted them the next day wanting an update on the order. It took until yesterday, Wednesday to get hp;d of someone who says he had sent a credit agreement for me to sign electronically.
The call had already gone on for nearly an hour, making me late for work. I could not access my gmail account as I had input the wrong password for that, I told the person on the phone they would have to call me this morning.
No phone call however I have received a link which according to Sky would take me direct to the credit agreement which was apparently waiting for me to sign, then the phone would be despatched.
Oh really, now I have access to my gmail account, there is no agreement for me to sign, I have clicked the link in the text message, and wouldn't you know it, there is no credit agreement. I am totally fed up now with the whole process, I thought Sky was a massive corporation which would have all of its services and related administration all sorted. The processes in place are a complete **bleep**-up, I do not have time or frankly the will, to spend hours on the phone. I have study to do, and a full time job, why the hell does Sky have to make a simple transaction to flaming difficult. I notice that my upfront payment has gone through without issue.
If this is not sorted out today I want to cancel the whole thing. So we are clear, I have checked every folder in my gmail account, and the link which says my messages on sky. I have signed in correctly and done everything else. I do not want to talk to anyone on the phone. I just want the credit agreement sent to me so that I can have the phone despatched today.

Hello
No it did not help the link does not go anywhere. Ive been at this for nearly 2 hours and to top it off Ive had to change my password again and again.
It an absolute joke. How hard can it be to send a credit agreement to an email account I use every single day. I have a very strong feeling that getting a new contract, which I need really for work purposes with Sky was a very poor decision.
Really really annoyed and losing interest very quickly, Oh and ive had emails from sky letting me know that my Sky ID is linked with my email.
Why would Sky send a text message that contains a link, which then does not go to anything?

Hello
Yes I am sure that I am using the correct sign in details as I only have 1. The joker on the phone yesterday kept on going on about looking in my emails for the credit agreement. All this was despite me telling I would have to leave it until today, I had already been on the phone for ages, and had to leave for work.
So today I have checked everything, found the text message with the so-called link and it is not there. All the link does is leave me on the bloody home page.
