Purchased Apple Watch on 28 October says been coming soon since then but still not received and had no update from sky but noticed they are already charging me monthly for it , also changed my sky package and was told I would get super fast broadband hub sent that was over month ago still nothing delivered very poor communication from sky happy to take your money each month and hound you if you miss payment, been sky customer for nearly 20 years where is the lolalty to long standing customers

You shouldn't be being charged for it until you have got it in your hands so if you are then give Sky a call in the morning about this.

Does anything appear in your account regarding the change of your broadband package and hub delivery, if not then when you call Sky about your watch then ask them about this as well.
