Where is my order?

I ordered an iPad and pencil over a week ago and there is still no update on when the iPad is being delivered. I have payed upfront for this as a direct debit. The pencil has been delivered but not the iPad. Why is this please? And how long till I can expect it. Thanks

As we are customers here you are not talking to Sky so the latest on your order can be found here:

When it is due you will get an email or text from DPD with a one hour delivery slot.
