moved county but can't cancel sky mobile

I've moved to New Zealand and now I need to cancel my sky mobile but there is no way to do this on the website. Only change provider not cancel altogether and now i have to call them from new zealand in the middle of the night at huge expense but there is no other way to cancel my mobile plan.

Hi @JJM3  thats correct, the only way to cancel is by calling.

Are you a sim only customer as this can only be cancelled if you have had it for 12 months or more.

Not sure that's the case - You can call in the early evening (say 7-10PM your time).

In hindsight you should have cancelled before leaving the UK.

The good news is that NZ is covered under the roaming passport - so it's £2 for 24 hours access.  You should be able to call 150 for 'free' I believe.

If 150 doesn't work then there is a number shown here you could try.
