I placed an order for an iPad,and received confirmation on Thursday before 9pm. Based on the information provided on the website, I could expect delivery on Friday. I received the plug that I ordered, but no iPad 🤷🏼♀️.
Having attempted to track my order, it states "coming soon". Has anyone else experienced this and can anyone advise me as to what length of time "soon" is?
Not the best of starts for a new customer, as there was no suggestion of a delay during the order process or in the emails received

Many many people have as the timescales on the website can not be relied on as how quick you get it is based on a number of factors including stock availability and when you signed the credit agreement.
Nobody here is going to be able to say for sure how quick you will get it but I would guess at a week or so.

I ordered my iPad 3 weeks ago and had my confirmation the same day, but heard nothing else since then. I've called them and they have said they are out of stock and I should receive it soon. That is all the information they could give me. They wouldn't even tell me as estimate wait time
