Where is my order

Hello.  I made a contract for a sim And Apple iPad for 24 month 

DPD should come delivery But Return to consignor has been requested. My order

is going back to Sky. I cannot Find Where is my staff now . I dont receive Any email from there. I cannot track my order

This will have happened if you have failed the second more enhanced credit check that takes place so this will be something you would need to investigate as Sky is not allowed to view your financial records. One credit checking site they use is Experian so you could sign up to a free trial with them, just remember to cancel.

So. They will refund me Or cancell the contract ?.. the should send me some email. Because They accept me with credit score.

Have you checked your junk email folder? Did you get a welcome email first? If you call Sky they would be able to confirm that’s the reason your order was cancelled but not why you failed the credit check in the first place as they are not allowed to view your credit record. You would have to sign up at somewhere like Experian or Equifax, which would give you access to your credit record.

So my order is cancelled And they will Close the contract .. they will not charge Any money from me ..

DPD Said Your parcel is on its way back to Sky.. th sky dont contact me about that Or send me some eMail about

Perhaps you need to be proactive and call Sky as to why it was cancelled and any refund.

Being customers we have no insider knowledge regarding stock levels or delivery timescales. The most up to date information on your particular order should be available at https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order
Any mention of 'on back order' means there is no stock available to fulfill your order.

Once it’s on its way you should get two emails, one from Sky, and then one from DPD with details of your 1 hour delivery time slot and name of driver.
