ESIM

Hi,

 

i ordered a iPhone 17 with eSIM but I didn't get any email with my eSIM activation code and when I go to my sky app and try to activate my sim it says "if you've ordered an eSIM it's not quite ready. Please try again later."  
im so confused with this. I'm with o2 but want to keep my phone number to sky. Can someone help?

When did you order the esim and it sounds like as per the message you might have a little wait for it.
