Where is my data offer after upgrading l?

I just did a swap upgrade for a new handset I had 15 pro & just upgraded to a 17 pro one of the biggest reasons I did the upgrade was because I had an offer of 50 GB of data for £12 however now I've completed my upgrade there is no sign of the Data plan!?

Any new dataplan would have a new phone number.  (And be in addition to your current plan)

 

(you cannot easily apply the offer to an existing SIM)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@Axel14 

Have you activated the sim you should have been sent as the offer will have applied to new sims only meaning if you already ahve one then you would be paying for a second one.
