I ordered an upgrade 7 days ago I have checked i have signed the contract & the phone was not out of stock. Ive had no updates what so ever & its impossible to speak to anyone at sky!!

Hi @Littlecb02  if your order says in progress then that usually means sky are waiting for stock. The website isn't always accurate as to if stock is available for next day delivery. Your order status will be the most up to date information available.
